No oil in pump chamber. Non‑contact rotors eliminate friction. Exhaust contains no oil vapor – clean vacuum, no contamination.

High Ultimate Vacuum

ZJP series: 0.05 Pa alone. With a backing pump, system pressure drops by an order of magnitude – ideal for high‑vacuum processes.

Wide Pumping Speed Range

30 to 5000 L/s (10+ models). Strong speed from 1 kPa down to 0.1 Pa – compensates backing pump drop, improves overall efficiency.

Broad Application Range

Low sensitivity to small amounts of water vapor and dust. Pairs with rotary vane, screw, or liquid ring pumps for coating, drying, metallurgy, semiconductor, space simulation, etc.
